No Experience Needed – ABA Behavior Interventionist

About the role

California Behavioral Treatment Center is looking for compassionate individuals to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal entry‑level opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged.

What we offer

• Pay range $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
• Mileage reimbursement paid per mile.
• Drive‑time compensation for travel between client locations.
