About the role
California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking warm, motivated individuals to provide one‑on‑one ABA services to children and adolescents across Los Angeles County. This part‑time position starts with 15–20 hours per week and offers a path to full‑time based on center needs and your availability.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and record data on client progress in home and school settings.
- Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Required profile
- High School Diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
- Spanish speaking strongly needed.
