Night Shift Machine Operator – Food Packaging

About the role

We are seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator to join our team at McIlhenny Company, the makers of TABASCO® Brand products. In this fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment you will operate a variety of sophisticated food‑packaging equipment to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and adjust a range of packaging machines including depalletizers, fillers, cappers, labelers, tamper seals, cartoners, tray packers, case packers and palletizers.
• Change coding and set‑ups according to customer specifications.
• Prepare machinery, load materials and ensure continuous production flow.
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Record quality‑control data to maintain high production standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workspace.

Required profile

• Physically able to lift 20‑40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic problem‑solving, reading, writing and math abilities.
• Ability to pass a drug test, background check and physical examination.
