About the role
The Night Auditor at Marriott Mystic Hotel & Spa balances revenue, settles accounts nightly, and supports front‑desk operations. This position combines accounting duties with guest service responsibilities to ensure smooth overnight operations.
Key responsibilities
- Balance accounts, conduct nightly audits, and reconcile cashiers and credit cards.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports and update the BRAINS network.
- Check guests in and out, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints.
- Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts, manually or via computer.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous night audit or accounting experience required.
- Computer knowledge, Excel and arithmetic skills required.
- FSD certification required within 90 days of employment.
