Night Auditor – Guest Service Representative (Part‑Time, Weekends)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Night Auditor to join our hotel team on weekend evenings. In this part‑time role you will combine guest‑service duties with financial reconciliation, ensuring a smooth and safe overnight experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Balance and audit daily transactions to guarantee accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours, delivering exceptional service.
• Process check‑ins, check‑outs, and respond to guest inquiries or special requests.
• Prepare and run daily financial reports, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded.
• Assist with security checks to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial records accurately.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during overnight shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Prior experience as a night auditor or in a financial role is a plus but not required.
