New Jersey Market Manager – Premium Spirits

About the role

Bandero Premium Tequila is expanding rapidly across the United States and is looking for a driven Market Manager to lead growth in New Jersey. This full‑time position will be central to building brand visibility, securing key placements, and fostering strong relationships with distributors, retailers and on‑premise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the brand’s distributor to execute sales programs, monitor inventory and drive placements.
• Conduct regular distributor meetings, ride‑alongs and account visits to motivate sales teams.
• Identify and secure new on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, including bars, restaurants, hotels and nightclubs.
• Manage existing accounts, increasing reorders, menu placements, displays and promotional support.
• Develop and implement targeted sales plans aligned with Bandero’s premium positioning.

Required profile

• Deep roots in the New Jersey hospitality and beverage community.
• Established relationships with buyers, beverage directors and decision‑makers.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a proven track record of growing premium beverage brands.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Base salary of $85,000 per year.
