New Graduate RN Resident – Trauma Acute Care

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus on the brand‑new 50‑bed H60 unit, a stepping‑stone to a dedicated Trauma Acute Care Unit. This one‑year residency provides hands‑on experience with a medical‑surgical population while you build a strong foundation in acute care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the guidance of a success coach and the residency core curriculum.
• Prioritize patient care based on acuity, patient preference, and resource availability, and document all interventions in the medical record.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• New graduate RN or less than one year of RN experience.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered Nurse licensure.
