New Grad RN Resident – Oncology Cellular Therapeutics

About the role

This one‑year Nurse Residency program places new graduate nurses on the Cellular Therapeutics Unit, a cutting‑edge oncology specialty focused on patient‑derived and engineered cell therapies. You will deliver comprehensive care throughout the treatment cycle, from preparation to administration and monitoring of advanced therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients receiving cellular and bispecific immunotherapies, including medication preparation, infusion, and safety monitoring.
• Educate patients and families about treatment processes, potential side effects, and post‑infusion care.
• Collaborate with a success coach and interdisciplinary team to prioritize patient needs and respond to clinical risk indicators.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• New graduate or less than one year of acute inpatient RN experience.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
