About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital as a New Graduate RN Resident on the Med/Surg Post‑Operative Unit. You will provide direct patient care on a newly designed 3rd‑floor unit serving a diverse surgical population.

Key responsibilities

Deliver bedside nursing care under the guidance of a success coach, following unit protocols and patient‑centered priorities.
Participate in the one‑year accredited Nurse Residency program, including online modules, simulation labs, and hands‑on training.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program with current RN licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and less than one year of acute inpatient RN experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to perform full range of body motions, lift patients, and work under stressful, irregular hours.
