Neuroscience Specialist – Pharmaceutical Sales (Dallas/Tyler, TX)

About the role

The Neuroscience Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, delivering on‑label product information, access guidance, and patient‑care support. Reporting to the Area Business Lead, the role collaborates with medical, market access, and patient support teams to enhance local engagement and drive business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively outreach to HCPs on product access, on‑label information, and patient‑care guidance.
• Engage customers through virtual, digital, and in‑person tools, directing them to appropriate internal resources when needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for experience and outcome discussions with regional leaders.
• Collect and act on customer feedback, ensuring requests are met and quality of engagement is monitored.
• Collaborate with the ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call‑point plans in compliance with regulations.
• Elevate insights and opportunities to the Area Business Lead to inform local strategy and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in neuroscience therapeutics and ability to discuss complex on‑label information.
• Experience serving as a primary contact for HCPs and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to analyze territory data, competitive information, and business reports to identify opportunities.
• Understanding of payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures.
