Network Services Manager

About the role

AT&T is seeking a Network Services Manager to lead the planning, deployment, maintenance and performance of its network infrastructure across wireless, wireline, VOIP, video and data services. This full‑time onsite role is based in Collierville, Tennessee and reports to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and develop teams of managers, technicians and engineers through coaching, performance evaluations and recruitment.
• Oversee network projects and daily operations, ensuring timely task completion, cost control and service‑level adherence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and company policies while monitoring performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations for high‑severity outages and resolve complex customer issues.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to execute market‑level service activation plans and drive strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network services management or a related professional responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and manage staff, including hiring and disciplinary actions.
