Network Implementation Program Manager

About the role

Forged Fiber is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation of large‑scale telecommunications projects. The role ensures accurate, high‑quality, and timely delivery of network deployment programs while collaborating with engineering, construction, vendors, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage major and minor project milestones, provide real‑time status updates, and produce clear reporting.
• Track progress across multiple concurrent projects with 0–180‑day forecasting and scheduling alignment.
• Identify implementation risks, assign ownership, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet engineering, construction, and operational quality standards and validate vendor data.
• Maintain accurate data across systems, forecast resource needs, and create concise leadership reports.
• Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and collaborate to enhance workflows, handoffs, and SLAs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, network deployment, or technical program management.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or a Master’s degree with 2‑3 years experience.
• Strong understanding of wireless or wireline network design, engineering, and construction lifecycles.
• Proven success managing cross‑functional implementation programs in fast‑paced environments.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
