About the role

Join renewable energy project sites as a licensed journeyman electrician, performing hands‑on installation, connection work, testing and fault diagnosis while prioritizing safety and independent performance.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret electrical plans to guide field tasks.
• Carry out electrical system installations at the journeyman level.
• Complete wire and cable terminations.
• Test electrical systems and troubleshoot faults.
• Maintain safe, productive work practices with minimal oversight.

Required profile

• Active journeyman electrician license valid in the state where work is performed.
• Field experience performing electrical work at the journeyman level.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining safety and productivity.
• Previous work on solar installations or other renewable energy projects is a plus.
