National Account Manager – Target

About the role

JOYIN is seeking a National Account Manager to lead the partnership with Target in Minneapolis. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the retailer relationship, and ensuring seamless execution of our consumer product portfolio across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed Target’s revenue targets.
• Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with Target’s buying team.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory planning, and logistics with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship and account management, preferably with national retailers.
• Strong negotiation and business growth planning abilities.
• Ability to interpret data and market trends to drive competitive advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
