National Account Manager – Hotels

About the role

As a National Account Manager you will coordinate across Bacardi functions and hotel partners to generate growth, increase market share and deliver top‑line results. You will lead market activation initiatives, develop custom brand programmes and work closely with the sales team. The role is based in Illinois, New York, Maryland or Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Steer processes and ways‑of‑working to align Bacardi, distributors and hotel customers around shared business objectives.
• Develop annual sales plans, assess SWOT, integrate customer goals with Bacardi portfolio opportunities and leverage analytics and marketing tools.
• Engage national hotel chains (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Omni) and regional/local F&B buyers, partnering with on‑premise distributor and Bacardi sales teams.
• Negotiate programmes, create customer‑focused presentations and participate in events that strengthen partnerships.
• Analyse business reports, contribute to QBRs, chain summits and forecast brand performance.
• Drive menu innovation, premiumisation, back‑bar spirit rationalisation and social‑media engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in chain account management, preferably in spirits or consumer goods.
• Proven leadership, strategic partnership cultivation and people development.
• Strong relationship‑building and collaborative mindset.
