About the role
We are seeking professional cocktail servers with fine‑dining experience to join our team in San Francisco. You will be the face of our bar/lounge, ensuring every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and enjoys a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, take beverage orders and verify age requirements.
- Collect payment, balance receipts and ensure the service area is fully equipped.
- Serve snacks or full dinner service and demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, food and beverage products, and promotions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of bartending or cocktail server experience.
- Warm, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Punctual, patient, and able to maintain calm under pressure.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of wine, cocktails and beer.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
