National Account Manager – Home Depot (Remote, Atlanta)

About the role

American Bath Group is looking for a National Account Manager to own and grow the relationship with The Home Depot. This remote position is anchored in the Atlanta area and involves 15‑20% travel to support in‑store initiatives and customer meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Home Depot account as the primary customer liaison, driving growth beyond current business.
• Develop and execute annual planning, assortment, and placement strategies.
• Identify and pursue new in‑store opportunities outside standard planning cycles.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (supply chain, finance, marketing, field operations, retail media) to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain disciplined operating rhythms for forecasting, service performance, and business reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing national retail accounts, preferably in consumer goods or home‑improvement categories.
• Strong ability to influence internal partners without formal authority.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior merchant teams.
• Track record of delivering measurable sales and distribution growth.
