Multi-Site Property Manager

Key responsibilities

• Train, empower and motivate the office and maintenance teams through team building, one-on-one meetings, feedback and ongoing support.
• Assist in budget preparation and manage expenses in line with property goals.
• Run office operations, communicate policies and procedures, and keep the property looking well cared for and clean.
• Work with the Maintenance Supervisor so maintenance activities align with property goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding promptly to concerns and resolving service issues.
• Ensure property financial performance meets property-specific KPIs.
• Use lead capture forms or contact methods to gather information from prospective tenants.
• Support the client/owner relationship by meeting owners, giving property tours, sharing performance updates and answering regional manager requests.
• Manage vendor relationships, including vendor packets, schedules and billing.

Required profile

• Minimum three years' experience as a Property Manager in the multi-family industry.
• Strong marketing skills, including developing a property marketing plan and overseeing outside marketing.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to read, interpret and update financial reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to de-escalate customer service concerns.
• Leadership skills and ability to delegate and manage a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement is provided for business travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• YARDI experience preferred but not required.
