Multi-Site Lifestyle Coordinator - Active Adult

About the role

The Multi-Site Lifestyle Coordinator plans, coordinates and runs social, educational, wellness and recreational programs that improve the resident experience and support retention across two or more Active Adult communities. The role also supports community sales and marketing through prospect engagement, resident onboarding, move-in coordination and outreach. It is a full-time position in Benbrook, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents at the office/leasing area, assist with tours and route phone calls to the right team member.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule and monitor the loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
• Manage package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Keep amenities in tour condition and use amenity space to run events, services and programs, tracking outcomes and metrics.
• Maintain information on local restaurants, shops and delivery options, and keep good relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses.
• Monitor and respond to the Lifestyle e-mail account and work with the Lifestyle Team to promote events and programs.
• Create the monthly calendar, newsletter and flyers, and submit items for Resident Portal postings.
• Help meet sales and marketing program standards, contribute to budget development and manage expenses within budget.
