About the role
The Multi Site Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a Greystar community in Ronkonkoma, New York. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing activities and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to confirm they are move‑in ready.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
