MRO Support Specialist

About the role

Airbus is seeking an MRO Support Specialist to manage supplier relationships, oversee repair schemes, and keep our aircraft fleet mission‑ready. The role blends technical precision with strategic negotiation, ensuring high performance and timely turnaround from vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process service orders and purchase orders.
• Assist procurement in defining supplier service‑level agreements.
• Coordinate resolution of quality discrepancies with external suppliers.
• Conduct routine performance evaluations of vendors and develop improvement plans.
• Monitor rotable pool inventories and optimize usage.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, MRO, or related aerospace support functions.
• Strong analytical ability to review financial statements and vendor performance data.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, quality, and logistics teams.

Required skills
