About the role

The MRI Technologist will join the Vero MRI team at Indian River Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System, providing high‑quality imaging services to support patient diagnosis.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and operate MRI scanners according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
  • Position patients safely, acquire diagnostic images, and ensure timely delivery of studies.
  • Inspect equipment, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and manage supplies.
  • Assist new staff, answer scheduling and informatics questions, and support colleagues as needed.

Required profile

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current ARRT, ARMRIT, or equivalent MRI certification in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Two years of imaging technologist experience in an acute‑care setting (preferred).

Required skills

  • Operation of magnetic resonance imaging equipment.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in electronic data handling and imaging study distribution.
