About the role
We are looking for an experienced Motor Grader Operator with strong finish‑blade expertise to join an ongoing ranch and land‑improvement project near Bandera, Texas. The role offers competitive wages and a per‑diem allowance.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a motor grader to perform road grading, drainage shaping, and finish earthwork on ranch roads.
- Achieve tight grade tolerances according to project specifications.
- Coordinate daily production goals with the field superintendent.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections and perform basic equipment maintenance.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of motor grader experience, including finish‑blade work.
- Ability to read grade stakes and work to grade without constant supervision.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Professional, dependable, and safety‑conscious attitude.
