Morning Shift In‑Home Caregiver

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Assistive Care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant providing compassionate in‑home care on the morning shift. You will support adults in Raleigh with daily living activities while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Assist with household tasks including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and encourage range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Support ambulation, transfers, and use mechanical lifting devices as needed.
• Offer medication reminders, vital sign checks, and companionship.

Required profile

• At least one year of work experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and certification.
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
