Military Customer Service Representative II

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a dynamic Military Customer Service Representative II to join its Military Programs team. You will act as the primary point of contact for helicopter operators worldwide, handling complex logistics and ensuring aircraft return to service safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line customer support, handling approximately 45% of all interactions.
• Resolve complex orders and customer concerns from initiation to completion.
• Manage tool rentals, exchange orders, PBH order management, and specialty mission‑specific orders.
• Initiate Global Supply Chain (GSC) orders and coordinate with Procurement to expedite supplier deliveries.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations and track logistics details for timely service restoration.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service or logistics, preferably with exposure to military or aerospace environments.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in complex order processing.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with Procurement and Technical Support.
• Effective communication skills for building trusted relationships with global helicopter operators.
