Mid-Level Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Level Architect to join CUBE 3’s design team. The role involves taking projects from initial concept through to construction documents, working closely with senior staff and clients to deliver high‑quality architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop schematic design, design development and construction documents for a variety of projects.
• Create presentation materials and visualizations for client meetings.
• Produce 3‑D models and renderings using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Coordinate construction administration activities, ensuring designs meet budget, schedule and program requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project programming.

Required profile

• Several years of professional architectural experience, capable of working independently.
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail throughout the design process.
• Effective communication skills for client presentations and team coordination.
