Microbiologist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced microbiologist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that answer complex biology questions. You will work remotely, on your own schedule, and contribute to improving the accuracy and performance of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with challenging biology queries covering cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
• Assess the AI’s responses for correctness, logical consistency, and overall quality.
• Document evaluation results and suggest improvements to model training pipelines.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and laboratory techniques.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
