MERN Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team in New York or Chicago. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications with the MERN technology stack.
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Create dynamic, responsive user interfaces with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement engaging user experiences.
• Manage MongoDB and MySQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in full‑stack web development using the MERN stack.
• Hands‑on experience building scalable, secure, high‑performance applications.
• Ability to work closely with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with PHP and Laravel is a significant advantage.
