Senior Manager Strategy, Growth, and Transformation

About the role

Lead the creation of innovative technology solutions for clients in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector, shaping visions, strategies and roadmaps that align with business and technology objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vendor assessment and selection framework for content management solutions, including demos, road‑mapping and pricing.
• Manage service excellence for key accounts, identify issues, develop recommendations and ensure quality delivery.
• Drive proposal development, pricing strategies and pursuit processes, acting as a key advisor to sales teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through community of practice, blogs and market eminence activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with additional experience) in Business Administration, STEM or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading on‑shore and off‑shore teams, engagement planning, budgeting and risk management.
• Proven ability to organize pursuit teams, develop proposals and pricing strategies.
• Experience delivering client solutions using Business Requirements Documents and industry frameworks such as eTOM.

Required skills

• Business Process Model (BPM) and Choice Cascade Framework.
• Microsoft Project and Jira for planning and risk management.
• eTOM Process Flows and Capability Maps.
• MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Atlassian software services for data visualization and project management.
