Merchandiser – Retail Display & Inventory Specialist

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser and help showcase our brands through creative displays, inventory management, and product placement across customer locations. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for a hands‑on associate with a passion for sales and a reliable vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking, rotating shelves, building displays, and managing POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, gather feedback, and relay insights to the sales team.
• Identify brand and category opportunities, expand shelf and cold‑box facings, and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits to better serve customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and ensure safe interactions with the public.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• 21 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb, and to sit, stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders regularly.
