Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor (Nevada)

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates, which partners with Lyra Health, is looking for an independently licensed clinical therapist to join its provider network as a 1099 contractor. The network includes in-person and virtual therapists, physicians and coaches across the US, and offers training and clinical consultation. The opportunity suits clinicians who want well-matched clients, administrative and marketing support, and easy invoicing with quick payments. The ability to work with clients in person through a private or group practice is strongly preferred, and the search is open to providers in Winnemucca and Hawthorne.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g. MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, able to work independently without supervision, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT and DBT, and clinical best practices such as measurement-based care
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care
• Own office space in the Nevada area where clients can be seen
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
