Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist

About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a full‑time Physical Therapist providing in‑home care to patients in Nevada, MO and surrounding areas. You will help clients recover from injuries, illnesses, surgeries, or hospital stays while enjoying a flexible schedule and supportive clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to assess mobility, range of motion, strength, balance, and safety.
• Perform diagnostic tests, develop individualized care plans, and deliver manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions.
• Document all observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet‑based system.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care to promote independence and safety.

Required profile

• Active and current Physical Therapist license.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred; home health experience welcomed but not required.
• Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Conduct mobility and range‑of‑motion assessments.
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs and gait training.
• Perform balance testing and safety assessments.
