Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates, which partners with Lyra Health, is recruiting an independently licensed clinical therapist as a 1099 contractor in Corbin, Kentucky. The provider works with Lyra's matching technology and supportive platform, while Lyra handles administrative and marketing support and offers easy invoicing with quick payments. The ability to work with clients in person through a private or group practice is strongly preferred.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, able to work independently without supervision, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices such as measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care.
• Own office space in the Kentucky area where clients can be seen.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
