Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor, Fort Smith, AR

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates is looking for an independently licensed clinical therapist to join its provider network as a 1099 contractor, offering in-person, individual therapy in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The provider specializes in working with adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and provides culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples and/or families. The ability to work with clients in person through a private or group practice is strongly preferred.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, able to work independently without supervision, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT and DBT, and clinical best practices such as measurement-based care
• Ability to manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Own office space where clients can be seen in or around Fort Smith, AR
