About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4 North Medical/Surgical Unit at Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach. This full‑time day‑shift position provides direct patient care to a diverse population with GI, respiratory, and neurological needs.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and execute physician and nursing orders.
Develop, monitor, and update patient care plans while documenting patient conditions.
Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with the care team.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
Current state RN licensure and one year of acute care or military RN experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment.
