Medical Receptionist (PRN) – Family Medicine/Urgent Care

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a PRN Medical Receptionist to support its Family Medicine and Urgent Care clinic in Lehi. The role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling front‑desk transactions while upholding the organization’s patient‑first values.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person and by phone, directing inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule appointments using the clinic’s computer system, optimizing provider time and treatment room usage.
• Collect co‑payments, process payments, and reconcile daily cash reports.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including demographics, insurance, and billing information.
• Ensure confidentiality of health and financial information in compliance with privacy policies.
• Respond to unexpected office events and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Dependable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.
