Medical Doctor – AI Career Guidance Evaluator

About the role

We are seeking experienced Medical Doctors and Physicians to help train, evaluate, and improve AI systems that provide career guidance to healthcare professionals. This fully remote, flexible contract role allows you to apply your clinical expertise to shape AI-driven advice for doctors at every stage of their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Review career‑related questions submitted by professionals across various stages of their medical journeys.
• Write high‑quality “golden answers” that reflect expert‑level, realistic career guidance.
• Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI‑generated career advice.
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations produced by AI systems.
• Contribute real‑world clinical knowledge to enhance AI career‑coaching capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Licensed Medical Doctor or Physician with active professional experience.
• Strong understanding of medical training pathways, residency, fellowship, and clinical career progression.
• Experience mentoring medical students, residents, or junior physicians.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
