Medical Device Account Executive - Philadelphia

About the role

EnsoData, a healthcare AI company, is looking for an Account Executive based in Philadelphia, PA, to grow its EnsoHST solution among sleep and referring physicians. The position is remote, with a base salary of $90,000 and total compensation of $220,000, and covers central and eastern Pennsylvania, central and southern New Jersey and Delaware.

Key responsibilities

• Plan to be on the road and hunt for new business.
• Exceed the monthly revenue quota.
• Identify prospects, generate and convert leads, and sell solutions with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate the sales process with marketing and the Sales Solutions Engineer (demonstrations).
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with the Regional Sales Director and/or Chief Commercial Officer.
• Maintain customer details in the CRM (HubSpot).
• Help develop and refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Represent EnsoData at shows and travel for onsite demonstrations.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of account executive and/or sales experience.
• Knowledge of software as a medical device, SaaS or healthcare software sales.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time in the territory.
• Experience with remote and hybrid teams.
• Preferred: previous experience in sleep medicine, home sleep testing sales, or a startup/tech/software company.
• Candidates must live in the territory and be eligible to work in the US.

Required skills

• Sales of medical device software, SaaS or healthcare software.
• CRM experience such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
