Associate Territory Representative - Eastern Pennsylvania

About the role

In partnership with its Medtech client, IQVIA is recruiting Associate Territory Representatives for Eastern Pennsylvania. This is an entry-level, pure hunter role in medical device sales for a B2B sales professional who will build their own book of business. The role focuses on outpatient urology, urogynecology and related clinics, driving prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems. It offers a clear path to full Territory Manager roles.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, target and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned territory
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage in existing accounts
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, keeping activity and opportunity data accurate in the CRM
• Run in-clinic education, product demonstrations and follow-up with clinical staff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets
• Plan routes, prioritize targets and manage an expense budget

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory
• No medical or clinical experience required; a track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment is needed
• Comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers and long sales cycles
• Preferred: experience at companies known for strong sales training (e.g., ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox)
• Preferred: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a record of quota achievement

• Total compensation of $100,000+ at sales goal target, with uncapped bonus potential
