About the role
The Medical Assistants Instructor delivers high‑quality instruction to students, preparing engaging classes, assignments, and assessments while documenting progress and supporting academic success.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver well‑structured classroom sessions for medical assisting students.
- Design relevant assignments and evaluate student learning fairly.
- Maintain clear documentation of student progress and performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to help students achieve their best.
- Participate in ongoing training, development, and feedback processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or nurse.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
- High School Diploma or GED and graduation from a Medical Assisting or nursing program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to use common software programs for administrative tasks.
