Certified Pharmacy Technician – Specialty Pharmacy

About the role

Clearway Health is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join its specialty pharmacy team at Signature Healthcare in Brockton. The role bridges patients and pharmacists, ensuring high‑quality care for complex therapies while supporting clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll and retain patients in the Clearway Health Specialty Pharmacy program, meeting sales and enrollment targets.
• Provide medication adherence support, process refills, and conduct outbound therapy check‑ups to prevent gaps in care.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers, care teams, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient transitions.
• Navigate patient EMR systems for prior authorizations, documentation, and communication with healthcare professionals.
• Train and support new hires on day‑to‑day operational expectations.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of employment.
• National certification (PTCB or ExCPT) and at least 2 years of direct pharmacy experience.
• High school diploma or GED (higher education preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
