Medical Assistant – Family Medicine (Full-Time)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join its busy Family Medicine and Urgent Care department in Farr West. This full‑time position supports providers in delivering high‑quality, value‑based care while maintaining a professional and compassionate environment for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, and documentation.
• Measure vital signs, obtain patient histories, and record information in the electronic health record.
• Schedule tests, treatments, and appointments, and manage referrals and prior authorizations.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administer medications as ordered and collect patient responsibility payments.
• Answer incoming calls, place outbound calls, and communicate test results or prescriptions to patients and pharmacies.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and properly sterilized according to clinic policies.

Required profile

• Certified Medical Assistant from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Demonstrated respect, compassion, and courtesy toward patients, providers, and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
