Key responsibilities

• Establish trusting relationships with patients and families, offering emotional support and managing discomfort.
• Prioritize and complete multiple clinical tasks efficiently, communicating clearly with patients, families, and the care team.
• Participate in unit/clinic meetings, contribute to team morale, and utilize technology for documentation and communication.
• Maintain up‑to‑date clinical knowledge, pursue lifelong learning, and ensure professional development.
