Materials Handler

About the role

ITPbolt, a manufacturer of industrial threaded products, is looking for a Materials Handler to join its warehouse team in the San Diego area. The role involves processing orders, handling inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations during an 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Process same‑day and next‑day orders using a handheld scanner and Business Edge software.
• Accurately count, package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Verify order accuracy, complete paperwork, and track inventory.
• Operate a forklift to unload trucks and assist with product put‑away.
• Restock supplies, clean the station nightly, and support the lead with additional duties.

Required profile

• Strong phone/tablet/technology skills and in‑person communication.
• Can lift up to 50 lb repeatedly and stand, twist, push, pull, and bend for most of the day.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and excellent time management.
• Can‑do attitude with a focus on customer needs.
