Material Management Technician

About the role

The Material Management Technician supports the supply chain for medical products and linen across multiple hospital locations. The role ensures that supply rooms are stocked, organized, and that deliveries are accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Determine supply needs for each bin, pick and verify items using a handheld scanner, and deliver them to the correct locations.
• Receive and process FedEx/UPS packages, investigate missing or delayed shipments, and perform outgoing shipping functions.
• Handle clean and soiled linen, including packing, ordering, delivering, and returning items to end users.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks and jacks.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain.
• Ability to lift over 50 lb, push/pull up to 140 lb, and perform frequent standing, walking, squatting, and reaching.
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with warehousing devices.
