Material Handler – Contract (Grapevine, TX)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a contract Material Handler to support warehouse operations at its U.S. regional headquarters in Grapevine, Texas. The role involves handling inbound and outbound material, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with rotor‑blade repair activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, and ship materials while following warehouse and inventory control procedures.
• Prepare and complete required forms and records to ensure transaction accountability.
• Perform rotor‑blade cleaning, dis‑assembly, sanding, filler application, and preparation for painting.
• Operate forklift and cherry‑picker equipment to move materials and rotor blades within the facility.
• Assist technicians in the blade shop and participate in company‑provided training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of related warehouse experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no travel required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (preferred).
• Operation of forklift and cherry‑picker equipment.
• Basic computer usage for inventory and documentation.
