Seiler Tucker, a nationally recognized M&A advisory firm, is looking for a creative Marketing Specialist to lead multi‑channel campaigns that elevate the firm’s brand and drive business growth. This full‑time position is based in downtown New Orleans and offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, podcasts, and digital platforms.
• Create engaging visual, video, and written content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Conduct competitor research, analyze campaign performance, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience (not an internship or student role).
• Proven ability to manage social media, create content, and work with design tools.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, SEO/SEM tactics, and analytics platforms.
• Proactive, creative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
