Marketing Specialist

About the role

Mosaic Puzzles is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to execute campaigns across email, SMS, social media and website content. You will collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and launch email and SMS campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive, including copywriting, segmentation, scheduling, QA and performance analysis.
• Support broader marketing initiatives across social media, website content and seasonal promotions, coordinating timelines and calendars.
• Maintain and optimise automated flows, conduct A/B tests and monitor metrics like click‑through, conversion and revenue per recipient.
• Write clear, engaging copy for newsletters, SMS, social posts and blog articles while preserving a consistent brand voice.

Required profile

• Fully fluent in English (C2) with exceptional written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital, email or content marketing.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive.
• Proficient copywriting and storytelling aligned with brand voice.
• Understanding of digital marketing analytics, A/B testing and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of social media best practices; SEO knowledge is a plus.
