Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Runlayer is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to scale lifecycle, campaign creation, attribution, and reporting for a fast‑growing marketing and revenue organization. You will own reporting and analytics across marketing systems, lead campaign operations for demand generation, and manage the marketing tech stack.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Hubspot CRM and integrate tools such as Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Fireflies.
• Define lead routing, attribution, lifecycle, audience segmentation, and email hygiene best practices.
• Improve campaign models to demonstrate ROI and build dashboards covering pipeline, channel performance, and revenue attribution.
• Identify automation opportunities, redesign workflows, and enable self‑service across the organization.

Required profile

• 4+ years in Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Revenue or Sales Operations with hands‑on systems‑building experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make recommendations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

Required skills

• Hubspot (CRM & MAP) administration.
• Experience building solutions with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
• Proficiency with integration tools such as Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Fireflies.
