Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

CAVA is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to bring the brand and guest experience to life through seamless execution of high‑impact creative across all channels. The role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Creative, ensuring every campaign and asset is delivered with consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for marketing campaigns and asset production, from brief intake through delivery.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure on‑time delivery of all creative assets.
• Manage the Creative Team budget, including tracking, invoice processing, and annual planning.
• Oversee key Creative and Marketing vendor partners and contractors, ensuring smooth integration with internal teams.
• Develop and refine Creative and Marketing Operations playbooks and maintain essential documentation.
• Build and maintain workflows, tools, timelines, and budgets that power storytelling and in‑restaurant experiences.
